Ingredients for Vegetable Club Sandwich
- Bread slices – 5
- Cheese – Â½ cup (grated)
- Paneer – Â½ cup (grated)
- Carrot – Â½ cup (grated)
- Cabbage – Â½ cup (grated)
- Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp (chopped)
- Tomato puree – 1 tbsp
- Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
- Butter – 1 tbsp
- Green chilly – 1 (chopped)
- Salt – as per taste
How to make Vegetable Club Sandwich
For making club sandwich, firstly make the stuffing in a pan. Take Â½ tbsp butter in a pan. When butter starts melting add chopped green chilies, grated cabbage, grated carrot and sautÃ© it for 2-3 minutes until the rawness gets absorbed.
When you get to smell nice aroma, add grated paneer, chopped coriander leaves, black pepper powder and salt. Mix all ingredients nicely and cook for 1-2 minutes. Turn off the gas and add grated cheese. Filling for stuffing inside sandwiched is ready. Now make sandwiches.
Cut the bread slices diagonally or in rectangle shape. Take one bread slice and spread some butter, tomato sauce over it. Layer the prepared stuffing on top of the slice and cover with another bread slice. Again repeat and place rest of the ingredients in similar sequence. Before placing the top most bread slice spread some butter on inner side and then place it. Like wise prepare all sandwiches.
Now grill the prepared sandwiches. Preheat the grill toaster. Place gently the sandwich inside the toaster and grill for 2-3 minutes. Like wise grill all sandwiches.
